LABs Consults is led by Managing Director and Principal Consultant Laura Anthony-Browne, She is supported by Administrative Manager and Economic Research Associate Deirdre Anthony Dickson and Research and Digital Projects Associate T’Sha-Gabrielle Anthony Browne.

Decima is a longstanding professional collaborator of LABs Consults, working closely with Laura Anthony-Browne on strategic planning, policy and development assignments.
